Delivery Information
DELIVERY FEE: Add all the items you require to your shopping cart using the ADD TO CART button found on any product or product page.
Then when you are done adding, click the SHOPPING CART link at the top of the page.
Then click CALCULATE DELIVERY FEE.
You are then able to see what delivery will cost before you checkout.
Delivery is quoted to major cities and towns in RSA, and does not include any applicable courier surcharge to outlying/remote delivery areas.
If there is a surcharge for delivery to your outlying / remote area, we will advise you of such before shipping.
Delivery fee excludes any import duties or import VAT which your country may charge you.
Orders under 100kg delivered by The Courier Guy. Orders over 100Kgs are delivered by Kargo National couriers.
Customer may request the use of an alternative courier. We will then advise if there is any price difference utilising the specified courier.
Cargo that can be insured will insured if the customer has chosent to include insurance at checkout. Goods that are not insurable will have their insurance fee refunded.
LEAD TIME: Orders are ready for delivery/courier dispatch, 1-2 business days, after payment has been received.
Manufactured goods like tables, sinks, etc. ready after approx. 5-7 work days. Coldrooms, freezerooms are ready after 7-15 work days - leadtime confirmed on order.
Paypal payments take 3-5 work days to clear. Once your payment has cleared, your order will be processed.

***COLLECTIONS:
Collection leadtime: JHB 2-4 Days.
JHB Depot open for collections Tuesdays 14:00-16:00 and Fridays 10:00-12:00 only.
Collections need to be confirmed with Customer Service.
Customers are required to collect their goods within 7 days of payment.
After multiple attempts to contact a customer to collect, and customer does not collect goods within 3 months from payment, we will be forced to sell the goods to defray storage costs.
We are not able to warehouse goods on behalf of the customer.

National Catering is not liable for any loss or damage to goods transported by a third party contracted by yourself or by National Catering. Fragile goods like glass or goods with glass doors etc may break during transport. Goods transport insurance available on request at additional fee. Insurance does not cover glass, crockery breakables or large cargo that does not allow for additional/sufficent excess packaging.
