Payment Terms: Payment on order. EFT, CASH, C/CARD, INSTANT EFT, MASTERPASS.
Lead time: Orders are ready for delivery/courier dispatch, 1-2 business days, after payment has been received. Manufactured goods like tables, sinks, etc. ready after approx. 5-7 work days. Coldrooms, freezerooms are ready after 7-15 work days - leadtime confirmed on order.
WARRANTY INFO: 1 year carry-in warranty on components & defective workmanship only, of all electrical and other appliances, unless otherwise specified, from date of order. Oil jacket pots, selected tilting pans and selected range stoves have manufacturing defect warranty only, which must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery. No warranty on smalls. I.e. small items like: chip cutters, cutlery, chip baskets, inserts etc. Five year warranty on Teraoka scales (excl RSE3015). Three year warranty on Hamilton Beach (Fury & Exclipse Blenders only) and Brema Ice Machines / Makers. Two year warranty on Anvil, Bravilor Bonamat, DIHR, D-Wash, Forge Heavy Duty Grillers, Hamilton Beach, Rheninghaus, Summit (Milkshake, Slush & Soft Ice Machines only), Trespade (Mincers only), DIHR, Piron equipment. Only electrical components of coldrooms/freezer rooms are covered by 6 month warranty - where installation is carried out by National Catering Equipment approved technicians. Collection leadtime: JHB 2-4 Days.
JHB Depot open for collections Tuesdays 14:00-16:00 and Fridays 10:00-12:00 only.
Collections need to be confirmed with Customer Service.
Customers are required to collect their goods within 7 days of payment.
After multiple attempts to contact a customer to collect, and customer does not collect goods within 3 months from payment, we will be forced to sell the goods to defray storage costs.
We are not able to warehouse goods on behalf of the customer.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING:
Not included, unless otherwise stated.

Used goods are "Cash & Carry" collection only, unless otherwise stated.
Orders under 100kg delivered by The Courier Guy. Orders over 100Kgs are delivered by Kargo National couriers.
Customer may request the use of an alternative courier. We will then advise if there is any price difference utilising the specified courier.
Cargo that can be insured will insured if the customer has chosen to include insurance at checkout. Goods that are not insurable will have their insurance fee refunded.
Delivery is quoted to major cities and towns in RSA, and does not include any applicable courier surcharge to outlying/remote delivery areas.
If there is a surcharge for delivery to your outlying / remote area, we will advise you of such before shipping.
Delivery fee excludes any import duties or import VAT which your country may charge you.
Other: Goods remain the property of National Catering Equipment until payment is received in full. National Catering Equipment is not liable for any loss or damage caused to goods transported by the customer, a third party contracted by either the customer or by National Catering Equipment or by National Catering Equipment themselves. Fragile goods like glass or goods with glass doors etc may break during transport. Goods transport insurance available on request at additional fee. Insurance does not cover glass, crockery breakables. Item supplied may differ visually from item quoted, however specification will be the same or equivalent.
